* I’m senior consultant for IT recruitment shop consulting special projects and recruitment process optimization.
* I’m an advisor for small company regarding potential IT solutions and their synergies with core business (including vendor management).

2014-09 – 2015-08
I was responsible for team of 40+ consultants delivering solutions to customers in Government, Healthcare, Industry, Telco and Energy segments. As a part of matrix organization I was responsible for starting business in Financial sector as well. I managed design, planning and implementing major department transformation programme including delivery, planning, controlling, project reporting and business development processes necessary for service delivery organization as part of my initial assignment. I had full P&L responsibility for delivery team as well as sales and pre-sales organizations.
2011-09 – 2013-10
I was responsible for team more than 130 people (Custom Software Development, Consultancy and Back Office) in addition to matrix responsibility for Human Resources and Sales in Czech Republic as country board member. The workload was shared between managing strategic direction, business development, delivery, multiple individual teams, office operations and responsibility for multiple major accounts. I had P&L responsibility (revenues, utilization, charge out rate, operational excellence. . . ), I was acting as company’s legal representative and I was acting as Deputy CEO. Majority of my focus was
in finance and automotive industries.
I was responsible for the Slovak Republic office in the same position for about 1 year. The responsibility was handed over to the local management after stabilization period. The company was able to grow (+19%, FTE) during period of my involvement, as well as to increase operational profit (+379%, 2011 versus 2013), to increase productivity (+318%, 2011 versus 2013) and still increasing employee satisfaction numbers every year. I was responsible for business development and customers’ satisfaction, personally for major customers. I was directly managing business development of value €2.5m a year
(automotive industry and finance sector) while having overall responsibility for business development of value about €8m a year.
I’m especially proud that from around 300 projects delivered every year the team delivered only 5 of them in over the budget and only 1 of them not satisfying customer. I was important part of the team which transformed organization into effective, growing and profitable organization with solid future prospects.
2007-11 – 2010-08
I was responsible for running highly international delivery organization - providing services and solutions to customers in Central and Eastern Europe region (from Switzerland to Russia) within Air Industry (International Airports). While managing department’s P&L and leading the team I was focusing on internal BPM and strategic programs. I was responsible for tight cooperation with Solution Design and Sales organizations as a single point of contact. I took care about business development and customers’ satisfaction especially in Eastern Europe area (Romania and Russia) as a part of this duty. I was part of the team successfully transforming CEE delivery organization into profitable unit.
2004-08 – 2007-10
I was responsible for program and project management including line responsibility for the PM team - in 4 different roles.
2002-06 – 2004-05
I was responsible for preparation and management of several software development and maintenance projects up to size 30 man-years in world-spread company environment. I managed several teams (in range 20-30 people) working on different projects in parallel – development, maintenance, testing. . .
I participated on preparation, testing and implementation of several company internal processes in Czech subsidiary and whole company.
1998-06 – 2002-05
I spent significant part of my professional career in local Czech company (startup) focusing on IT security (access control, authorization, encryption, anti-virus. . . ). I grew out from SW developer through analyst, architect, small team lead, project manager to CIO of still existing and successful company (although currently renamed. . . ).
We successfully managed to satisfy more then 200 000 customers (from single installation to huge multi-licenses). We proved quality of our work by selling license for our technology to US based company in 1996 ().
