- Key role as Process Engineer, responsible for unit Operations and process Technology in Polymer manufacturing, which includes world scale Poly Ethylene Units, Poly propylene and Poly styrene unit.
- Preparation and development of process conceptualization, mass & energy balances, PFD, P&ID, Equipment datasheet, Layout drawings & other process engineering documents.
- Responsible for execution of plant commissioning, start-up activities and Performance guarantee test runs of world scale Poly
- Ethylene units licensed by slurry loop technology (MarTech).
- Lead the commissioning team and startup of DCS, SIS/ESD systems and APC implementation in coordination with licensors and vendors.
- Provide expertise and support operating shift teams and Production Team Leaders for maintaining optimum unit process performance and preventing and/or solving process/technical problems.
- Leadership role in planning and execution of the plant turnaround and major projects in a safely and economical manner.
- Manage safety reviews such as HAZOPS, PHA, JSA and ensure that all agreed recommendations and changes (MOC) resulting from such reviews are incorporated into the design.
- Supervise and execute the MOC projects in accordance with the company’s HSE management system.
- Manage and conduct process engineering and technology training for new engineers and existing employees.
