• Drawing up the consolidated financial reports and the consolidated balance sheet
• Opening 13 branches in 13 European countries. My responsibilities consisted on selecting the
locations, managing the legal and financial issues, dealing with the developers, hiring the local
management team and evaluating their performances. I spent 90% of my working time traveling
in Europe.

Kong. I spent 80% of my working time by company’s foreign premises.
