- Responsible person for coordinating the ongoing projects (ex. SMED set up time reduction, ShopFloor Management) and new projects in the Plant
- Implement and support the LEAN and Continuous Improvement Process
- Match the project activities of the Plant with the Multi Project Management of the Headquarter using the common projects standards/Tools of the Company.
Industrial Performance Manager:
- Collect, analyze and report (weekly / monthly) Key (Production) performance indicators
- Support the End Month Closure activities (controlling the correct time and material booking, deviation pre/post orders calculation etc…)
- Support the Management board by providing specific and statistical analysis of the production data

In charge of the Eurofighter Typhoon Final assembly tooling office (Manufacturing Engineering dept. – Technical Service):
- Other European Partner Companies Tooling Office focal point
- Support activities involved in solving technical problem on the Shop Floor
- Coordinate activities concerned with sustaining and maintenance service:
- Definition of technical specifications for maintenance contract of electrical/hydraulic test set required for testing aircraft systems
- Focal point for on- site support visit of the external suppliers
- Management of all activities involved in external calibration of the test equipment (shipment, minimize turnaround time etc…)
- Contact with the suppliers in order to guarantee the respect of the forecast delivery dates concerning the purchase of new test set/tools
