• Trained individual and groups comprised primarily of Turkish executives in industry-specific Business English (including exam preparation) in diverse industries like online gaming, consumer electronics, and polymer manufacturing

• Established and incorporated relevant training techniques following legal requirements based on both the South Korean and the US educational standards

• Led a team of 8 members who researched industry standards to design new programs for all levels of students

• Developed engaging intensive courses and comparative grammar lessons by utilizing various types of learning techniques, e.g. micro-learning, multi-platform, blended learning, e-learning, face-to-face, and synchronous and asynchronous learning
