Supervisor - Quality Assurance

1. QA/QC activities in Welding and Installation of Steel Structures and Process Piping (Carbon Steel, Cupronickel, Stainless & Duplex Stainless).
2. Ensuring that all production welds and installation operations are executed in accordance with relevant Codes and Standards. 3. Monitor compliance with company procedures, practices, QC plans and ITP's.
4 Witness Welding Procedure Qualification and Welders' PQT.
5. Carry out QC monitoring up to Dimensional checks on final weldments.
6. Prepares daily report of QC activities under my control
7. QC documentations 8.Review of NDT reports
8. Participate in Pre-Commissioning activities (Pipe work, Test Pack review and Hydro/Pneumatic tests)

1. Ensure that all welding and fabrication activities are performed safely and efficiently, in line with company objectives.
2. Review procedures and Technical Queries at site.
3. Monitor structural and piping preparations for fabrication.
4. Ensure work teams comply with requirement of Company specification and applicable standards.
5. Monitor QC activities in every aspect of the job.
6. Manage the Welding and Fabrication teams for optimal performance.
7. Participate in the preparation of As-Built documentation.
8. Monitor Pre-Com, Painting and Load-out.
9. Monitor HSE arrangements.
10. Interface with management, contractors and other stakeholders

1. Prepare and apply relevant procedures for construction of Pressure Vessels, Above-ground Storage Tanks, piping systems and Structural fabrication.
2. Handle quality documentations
3.Review all procedures and ITP's for adequacy
4.Coordinate the welding, ndt and coating supervision teams.
5. Monitor compliance with company procedures, practices, QC plans and ITP's.
6. Monitor manpower requirements, efficiency and productivity of Construction crews.
7. Coordinates the material and equipment requirements within planned construction schedules.
8. Prepares daily report activities under my control
9. Manage Vendor activities and requirements 8.Participate in Pre-commissioning activities
10. Handles project communications with stakeholders including company, contractors, etc.

1. Carry out Inspection of Line pipes, piping materials and consumables.
2. Maintain Qualification records of Welding personnel and ensure compliance with the competence matrix.
3. Participate in Procedure qualification and Welders Qualification Tests.
4. Implementation of Inspection and Test Plan.
5. Tracks weld Maps and NDT Maps.
6. Participate in General site Inspections, NDT documentations, Weld Radiograph Review and Site Safety Inspections.

1. Inspection of materials, equipment and consumables
2. Review WPS and witness PQT and WQT.
3. Maintain qualification and training records for welding, inspection and coating personnel.
4. Visual Inspection (with dimensional control) of fit-up, in-process and final weldment.

1. Participate in review and Interpretation of Engineering and Shop drawings.
2. Review of WPS and welders qualifications.
3. Participate in inspection of materials and equipment inspection.
4. Inspection of fit-up and welding of piping and structures .
