Designed and manufactured an All Terrain Vehicle (ATV)
and participated in SAEINDIA BAJA 2014 among the top
120 teams in INDIA.

Lead a team of 10 members for designing and fabrication
of electrically powered hybrid tricycle. Participated in
SAEINDIA EFFICYCLE 2013 and was one of the top 54
teams in INDIA.

As a Design Engineer, I am responsible for:
▪ CAD Designing of Automotive Bumper trims
▪ Check STRAK surfaces as per norms and create class B Surface
▪ Creation of concept models, mountings as per master sections
▪ Maintaining gaps with surrounding Parts
▪ Creation of final CAD models as per OEM Standards, crosschecked using Q-Check & VALIDAT
▪ Analysis & feasibility checks in virtual environment including Draft analysis & Clash analysis
▪ Tooling Optimizations
▪ Documentation
