My Mechanical Engineering program includes subjects which is related to kinetics and dynamics, Automation, Strength of materials, Finite Element Analysis, Manufacturing theories and principles, Practical sections etc.
My main project was “Study and Analysis Of Lean Manufacturing in .)” . This project is done to keep a record of wastes produced in the manufacturing environment and methods of eliminating these wastes. As a part of this project, we analysed and made thesis for implementing some 5S Methods in managing structure. Also i had done 2 weeks internship training in .
I had Participated in Robotics Program-Level 1 & Level 2 conducted by PurpleLeap Co.

I secured 72% marks with First Class.

• Quantifying materials and Reconciliation report preparation.
• Material approvals and Project documentation.

• Drawing implementation of HVAC as per SMACNA and Marine wall insulations as per SOLAS.
• Productivity improvement using EVMS methodology.
• As built markup according to site conditions.
• Punch list clearance and Documentation for Commissioning.
• Coordination and follow-ups with other departments for proper workflow.
• Implementing HVAC Ducts and accessories installation in site.

This coarse is done to gain expertise in designing 2D tools and materials, civil plans, orthographic and sectional views etc.

• Duct system and Chilled water system designing.
• Selection of Air Handling unit, Blow Coil unit and Fan Coil unit.
• ESP (External Static Pressure) calculation for selection of fans.
• Pump head calculation for selection of pumps.

Gained good knowledge in mentioned points by working for following two projects :-
1) 70 Ton AHU Low Side works-BOARDEX IT Park.
2) 50 Ton AHU Low Side works-LUMAX Solutions.

A study regarding the production of agro machineries (Tillers and Reapers) and implementation of new methods to improve productivity.
This study enabled our group to work out our final year project "Lean Manufacturing". Also we gain expertise in 5S methodoly and Value Stream Mapping. We proposed some of Lean principles in by analysing the organisation structure.

My Higher Secondary education under state board consist of Science subjects ( Physics,Chemistry,Botany,Zoology), Mathematics and Languages (English, Arabic ).
I secured 75% with distinction.
