Office Intern

My main tasks involve testing the platform with every bank operating in the United Kingdom. Later on, I will be fully onboarded into the back-end of the platform and work along other team members on improving its performance, security and functionality. Working for a is deepening my knowledge about Fintech, I am developing many technical skills and receiving a lot of responsibilities.

As the only analyst on the team, I was involved in data analysis and performance evaluation of Home Insurance Products, where I significantly improved my Excel and VBA skills. I have improved team’s reporting system and cooperated with many stakeholders from different divisions to meet everyone’s requirements about my projects. I have built an extensive network and improved my business communication skills, often asking for and considering co-workers’ and manager’s feedback. Thanks to my time efficiency I have completed more projects than required, introducing new software (Power BI) to the team and increasing reporting efficiency. I have gained a deep understating of the business, which helped me to make my work relevant and useful to my team and higher management.
• Designed and built an automated reporting system for the Home Insurance Team, which is reviewed weekly by other stakeholders and higher management, saving 3 to 4 hours of time per week.
• Designed and built an automated dashboard giving instant and detailed overview of Home Insurance product performance and a benchmark with close competitors.
