- Assists Marketing Manager to plan marketing action plans.
- Dealing clients independently;receiving their queries.
- Receiving requisition through emails, fax, phone for quotations &making quotations as per to the requirement of customers.
- Strongly Follow-up against the quotations.
- Checking/attending and responding to emails, faxes, calls (Forward emails to the concerned Dept.)
- Prepare Business Letters / Drafting letter, memorandum, reports etc.
- Provide support & assistance to Manager Marketing on all matters.
- Making Weekly Sales Follow up report and discuss the same with Manager Marketing and C.E.O on weekly basis.
- Maintaining Monthly Sales Report (SR)
- Receiving the purchase/ work order by clients for different projects, checking that the work order is as per approved quotation and forward to Manager Marketing.
- Preparing order forms for projects and forward it to the concerned Depts.
- Maintaining and updating client’s records.
- Coordination with branch office.
- Maintaining filing system.
- Support given to sub ordinates.
