Managing a number of high credit risk exposure accounts - key accounts, distributors and partnership stores - within EMEA, Oceania and Asian markets in order to maintain positive and successful relationships.
• Liaising with Sales Managers, Country Managers and Customer Service to resolve credit issues and support sales targets.
• Frequently participating in face to face meetings in UK and abroad with Sales Managers and/or customers to build relationships and agree actions and strategies to maximise sales by managing credit risk.
• Driving performance of a 16 person team to reduce the 90 days debt in line with targets for each brand.

Provided consultancy services to national and international organisations (EC, UN agencies and the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs). • Co- managed the project Neighbourhood Investment Facility (NIF) for the development and monitoring of services in support of local administrations.

• Managed the quality control for the main reports (editing, project fiches and updates).
