• Responsible for the timely issue of project control deliverables & progress reports to Management/Client.
• Monitor the progress of the work for timely execution of the project through weekly/monthly reports/Look Ahead Reports with respect to review of the overall project schedule.
• Assist with Engineering & Procurement disciplines in preparing technical document register and procurement tracking register and provide input as required.
• Preparation of planning deliverables like weekly reports, monthly reports, manpower histograms, S-curves and various Look Ahead Program (Weekly & Monthly).
• Attend all progress meetings includes technical/contractual matters in relation to project controls
• Coordinate with Engineering/Procurement to ensure timely delivery of drawings & Materials in support of schedule execution. Responsible for the timely issue of Quality project planning deliverables
• Coordinate with subcontractors for smooth execution of the Construction activities.
• Prepare monthly executive reports on project status and progress and reviews the project close-out reports. Plan in order to mitigate risks and reduces costs
• Provide feedback and lessons learned in order to improve the Planning & Scheduling methods and provide input to the statistics of Planning department
• Responsible to Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when directed by Project Control Manager

• Prepare schedules & track them over entire job progress and Identify
deviations if any & take corrective actions.
• Identify, monitor and report critical activities to Planning In-charge.
• Planning, scheduling & coordination of Critical Maintenance activities, Turnaround (TA) / Shutdown.
• Identification of required resources like Materials, Manpower, Contracting services, Equipment, Tooling & Facilities, special support services etc. for work completion.
• Kick- start the planning process by requisition of scope input from the operation, inspection, engineering & maintenance. Develop, challenge and finalize the approved scope of work.
• Identification the long lead materials, resources/ services required to execute the approved final scope of work.
• Liaisoning with materials team to ensure that all the resources are available on or before time.
• Identification of hazards and safety considerations associated with work scope and take necessary actions
• Preparation of daily / weekly / monthly maintenance progress reports.

• Performed routine maintenance inspections of equipment to identify and respond to problems in a timely manner, thus preventing breakdowns.
• Worked with company’s vendors and supervised subcontractors during maintenance projects to ensure proper completion of work performed at company facilities.
• Review ongoing workshop maintenance and repair projects and provide engineering support for their completion.
• Working experience in SAP Material Module such as Creating Maintenance Orders, Creating Reservation & Tracking of materials, Transfer Posting, Material Status, Creating Tender for Materials and Services, Procurement Status etc.
• Evaluation of equipment condition monitoring reports. Working exposure to equipment condition monitoring tools - Vibration analysis, Lube oil analysis & performance evaluation.
• To comply with all company Health, Safety and Environment as well as Work Permit, policies and procedures.
• Assist in contract management and contract administration that include handling variation claims/change orders.

• Reviewed engineering design proposals, design drawings, specifications and recommend improvements.
• Monitoring project risks and scope creep to identify potential problems and proactively identifying solutions to address
• Provided field engineering expertise on any installation problems by consulting with senior engineer in charge
• Interpretation of P & ID, General Arrangement Drawings, Equipment and structural Drawings, Isometric Drawings and Reviewed the NDT Reports.
• Involve in project estimation and proposal submittals for piping, civil and steel structure fabrication/erection.
• Reviews and assist Quality Assurance/Quality Control for any required tests and inspection of the piping fabrication and installation.
• Participate in Job Safety Analysis (JSA) process and review conclusions.
• Conversant with the safety surveillance, work permit system and material reconciliation.
