Attend and solve the issues regarding maintenance and new installations within the hotel weather public area or guest complains, to check and examine all systems are working efficiently in the hotel. Prepare a list of wear and tears and equipment’s due for overall servicing for maintenance and troubleshooting purpose of all systems including Lighting controls, HVAC System, Fire Alarm, GRMS System, Kitchen/Laundry Equipment’s, Refrigeration System, CBS (Central Battery System), UPS system, Generator Testing, BGM (Background Music) system, Steam Appliances, PA/VA & AV Systems, Fire Pumps Testing, hot Water, Cold Cold Water, Cold/Raw water, Fountain and Irrigation System, Chilled water and BMS system.

Do snagging for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) Systems, Kitchen & Laundry as per company standards and local authorities.
Close coordination and follow up with the concerned authorities to achieve the compilation of job as per schedule.
Make sure the quality of work is as per code and standards.
Inspect electrical system, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects and the need for adjustment or repair and to ensure compliance with codes
Responsive able to solve problems make decisions and follow through on action in a timely way with in a timely way with minimum supervision.
Every day check all MEP services in hotel for any event venue operation.
Planning organizing providing leadership and controlling for all facility required function.
To active in a team and support the department in delivering an effective generalist facility through efficient planning and execution of work processes.

Troubleshoot and repair all types of equipment’s Kitchen/laundry and Electrical.
Close coordination and follow up with the concerned authorities to achieve the compilation of job as per schedule.
Use Logout/Tagout system before performing any maintenance work.
Daily progress reports and maintains all tools, equipment and work areas to proper condition.

During this period I worked in IDU,ODU and BMS systems and I installed security alarms more than 250 sites of CM Pak.

Fault alarms wiring connection and patching alarms like. Generator aperation, main power healthy, main power failure generator fails to start. Fuel tank level alarm. Door opening alarm air craft lights failure alarm etc.

Electrical Power installation for all equipments, three phase and single phase, main Lv room cable tray and cable dressing,ats systems control work as per given drawings, and also installed LS PLC and did control wiring for whole bms main panel.
Execution for installation of mcc panels, fire control panels,ups services, emergency system IDF&MDF systems,cctv services lighting control system, sub station(LV and HV panels)heat ventilation and ac equipments,chillerssplant A.H.Us F.C.Us electrical rooms roof extract fans chilled water pumps,cable tray erection etc
