Civil Engineer

Prepare, write and assemble project documentation for Engineering or construction procurement
actions, including drawings, technical specifications, briefs, scope of work, contracts and tender
documents; prepare tender analysis reports, contribute to and/or manage tender evaluations, and
support corporate procurement procedures
Manage and maintain technical and administrative records for construction projects, compiling and
managing records and reports, when required. This includes but is not limited to the following tasks:
tracking and recording activities and decisions, financial and administrative processes, as well as
contractual matters and correspondences; provide technical advice and support to the design phase,
and subsequent construction phases, when necessary.
Prepare Plans, BOQs, specifications and variation order for any other security upgrade or office
renovation work as assigned; supervise remaining construction activities for timely completion.
Evaluate and prepare bill of quantities (BOQ) and estimates for addition works and new project sites
as and when required.
Prepare the Auto CAD drawings, specifications and tender documents for construction works.
Ensure that all health and safety legislation is met on site.
Safety and quality construction management of civil, structural and architectural works of, commercial,
residential and industrial buildings.
Review civil, architectural, Electrical, Plumbing and structure designs and Ensure that works are done
in accordance with design specifications by the contractors
Ensuring there is no compromise on quality and deviation from the designed plans, while keeping
losses to a minimum.
Planning, scheduling and development of construction Plan and site activities.
Supervision of Contractors and sub-contractors works on site.
Consultant, contractor and vendors coordination.
Excellent computer skills and understanding of AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Project.
Maintain a daily diary of all works being undertake

Sikanderabad Mianwali with facilities of central cafeteria, reception hall, net café, al-fresco, and
beautiful landscape.
Master Plan for Housing Colony at PAFL Mianwali for existing employees with provision of expansion
for up to 1500 employee residences. Land Survey and allocation of residences according to
requirements for management and worker employees. Development of utilities and road networks
including individual layouts of all residences.
Corporate Head Office for Azgard Nine Limited and Pak American Fertilizers on total area of 7,500sft
(18 MPKRs. - Rs. 2250/sft including finishes and furnishings). Developed interior designs and layouts
for departments' allocations, reception, storage for documents, cafeteria, in-house cooking facility,
and conference / meeting rooms. Ensured revamps works to be carried out during working hours in
phases for smooth execution and operations.
Garments Washing and Dry Process project to enhance the production capacity within less than 4
months and well within budget (250 MPKRs.). Construction of covered area over 31,000 sft involving
one steel shed building. Installation and commissioning of 12 industrial Tonello washing machines and
4 dryers. Installation/commissioning of 12 spray booths manufactured at in-house facility within the
factory.
