Claim payment for variations
Prepare claim notices and maintain log
Prepare subcontractor payment
Attend Internal meeting & client meetings
Report to the Construction Manager regarding claim status

Receiving Enquiry, Study of drawings, specifications, prepare tender queries/correspondences to client, receive clarification etc. • BOQ preparation & Pricing as a part of the tender submission. • Quantity takeoff for Architectural and structural works. • Analysis and Evaluation of Tender Packages • Preliminary budget preparation as a part of Cost Planning. • Follow up with the clients • Co-ordination with Sub contractors & attend meeting on behalf of the company • Attend Meeting with clients, Consultant & Subcontractors • Calculate the work done & prepare deviation for the ongoing projects.
Work execution at site.

• Supervision of day to day operations of the site work April 2013- Feb 2014 • Follow up with site engineers of Contractor and/or subcontractor to ensure that work is being carried out as per design drawings, specifications & meeting planned dates in schedule • Daily reporting about progress, noncompliance, delay in work to the Senior Project Manager • Assist in necessary project documentation • Support in finalization of Billing Break ups, Bill Certification etc.

• The preparation of Bills and Schedule of Quantities of materials, labour and services required in the construction • Visit building sites to monitor progress. • Undertaking costs analysis for repair and maintenance project work; • Receiving Enquiry, Study of drawings, specifications, prepare technical queries/correspondences to client, receive clarification etc
