Business Manager - Commercial

• Coordination and administration of the project management inherent to the Research and Development (R&D) department in conjunction with national and international project managers.
• Participation and elaboration in the management of the projects, in order to reach the financial, quality and performance goals.
• Preparation of corresponding reports of the projects in charge

• Project planning and control. Responsible for calculations in accordance with the general guidelines. Administration and budget management, assets and project costs, project cash flow and working capital management of the project.
• Coordination of project management with national and international partners. Participation in the management of the projects, in order to reach the financial, quality and performance goals. Elaboration of corresponding reports of the projects in charge.
• Development and revision of payables, advances to suppliers and employees.
• Calculation and payments of obligations derived from taxes to government entities.
• Control of legal compliance in matters of Occupational Safety and Health by supporting the company's advisors for this area.
• Preparation of daily accounting vouchers, calculations and postings of the area.
• Support to the Compliance Department in proportion of information corresponding to the corresponding division
