• coordinates career related coaching, job search assistance, and internship opportunities
• Experience in design & delivery of technical programs.
• Assess the Technology related training needs through surveys, focus groups and interaction with senior management to understand their requirements.
• Prepare and revising the course materials such as syllabi, homework assignments according to the changing technology.
• Sound ability to assess student works, design curriculum.
• Conducting Theory & Practical class and Lab assignment Test(Practical exam) on regular basis and checking the trainee’s performance.
• Organizes and coordinates job fairs on campus and attends off-campus job fairs, invites employers to our organizationto share about their expectation.• Supports trainees by facilitating, promoting and coordinating contacts with employers, recruiters and other resources
• Provides support to students on necessary documentation and procedures on transfer and transition
• Participates in placement meet for keep the contact with employers
• Collect the feedback from the companies to upgrade the technologies of our trainees for future recruitment..
• Organize external training programs.
• Train instructors and supervisors in techniques and skills for training and dealing with employees.
• Remarkable ability to build good work relationships.
• In-depth ability to monitor/Assess performance of self, other individuals, or organizations to make improvements or take corrective action.
• Ceritified in Internal Quality Audit and maintaining ISO documents.
• Conducting mentoring session for trainees and updating the problems to the counselor.
