Control the Reconciliation and support it in the daily tasks, Control and check the result of the bank and payment providers' reconciliation. Weekly reconciliation of bank accounts, assisted with supporting documents. Preparation and reconciliations of bank accounts accompanied with supporting bank statements. Reconciling bank statements to General Ledger (GL) account.Reconciling Payment Service Providers clearing reports to GL accounts receivables/payables transactions and Settlement received in bank. Resolving discrepancies, Posting Journal entries , Providing supporting documentation for annual and interim audits, Preparing summary reports for month end accounting closure , Monitoring the accuracy and validity of the entries and balances , Assisting Anti-Fraud team in the identification of possible fraud items

Carrying out the clearing and settlement process of domestic (BKM and Bonusnet) and international( VISA and Mastercard) payment schemes of Burgan Bank cards. Publishing monthly, quarterly and yearly data statistics for the payments systems companies aforesaid. Daily settlement and reconcilliation of indiviual cards and merchant general ledger accounts and control of balances of card and POS operations. Calculating and determining the net financial position of each PS’s for all transactions that are cleared.

Delivering the data transactions carried out by domestic and foreign credit cards, debit cards to the ICC (BKM) / Visa / Mastercard institutions, to upload the data delivered from the related institutions into Ocean system and finally account and reconciliate the data properly. Publishing quarterly and monthly statistics of the data delivered from ICC/Visa /Mastercard. Corresponding with BKM, Visa and Mastercard in terms of ongoing updates and instant advancements.
