I have a proven track record in managing strategic partnerships with the two leading IT vendors at VMware. Over the past seven years, I have continuously achieved my sales target. Especially, I boosted the sales from $27M to $ 63M in 3 years and elevate my partner to be No.1 sales partner from 5th in Japan and even win the APJ Partner Award.
I am skilled in developing new offerings, building and executing strategic go-to-market plans, and directing marketing activities. For instance, I have launched 8 new products and offerings (3 MSP, 3 OEM, 2 offerings), formulated and executed annual GTM plans involving each BU of the partner, and planned and directed every marketing activity (end-user events/partner’s annual event/endorsements/web articles/brochures/customer references).
I excel in relationship building and management, strategic planning, and leadership. I have developed new relationships with all key executives of the partner (CEO, CIO, EVP of Cloud, On-Prem, and front sales), coordinated CEO meetings, and agreed on three areas of collaboration globally, with a 3-year sales target and mid-term outlook for each area.
