Project Engineer

• Lead Planning Engineer – EPC Project of value US $ 55,000,000 - Pipeline Project
• Development of the project execution strategy and project management plan
• Provide leadership to planning engineers, schedulers & Costing Engineers to plan, monitor, and control the execution of the project within the time and budgetary parameters, optimizing resource utilization.

• Preparation of Planning Package EPC Phases
• Develop, Maintain and update Project schedules (Level-2 & Level-3 schedules) with resource loading, quantity loading and costing using Primavera P6.
• Preparation of the progress measurement system which has weight factor calculations and quantities with earned value. These will be used as supporting document for progress reported
• Preparation of manpower histogram and highlight resource constraints that affect project progress.
• Preparation of “S” Curve (Progress Plan %) to compare it with actual, Commodity curves, Manpower deployment plan and Equipment plan from P6.

• Review and Approval of Subcontractor Planning package Level-4 schedule, Histogram, “S” curves, PMS etc
• Create a Master Control Schedule to monitor and manage the project as one entity
• Develop appropriate plans/schedules and monitor and update plans/schedules for the project through Close-Out
• Seek innovation in scheduling and execution plans that could improve project economics
• Develop & Track Materials Tracking log to control the delivery of the Materials to the site on time when required to avoid potential delays in procurement (mainly Long lead Items)
• Identification of potential risks and advice solutions/ mitigations for it.
• Managing subcontracts related to the projects to prevent / defense potential claims by subcontractors

• Provide leadership to planning engineers, schedulers & Costing Engineers to plan, monitor, and control the execution of the project within the time and budgetary parameters, optimizing resource utilization.
• Develop detailed project budget/cost estimates to standard WBS items from "as sold" bid cost
• Forecast the cost completion against estimated budget
