- Conceptualized, designed, and implemented engaging and effective online training courses, and e-learning videos for dealers in the irrigation industry using knowledge from subject matter experts.
- Molded the information about the products, parts, installation, troubleshooting, and software into interactive, educational deliverables comprised of text, video, animation, and other multimedia elements within brand guidelines.
- Responsible for video production (conception, filming, direction), scripts, storyboards, and shot lists for e-learning and promotional videos. Filmed, edited interviews, live-action footage, screen recording, implementing color grading, transitions, masking, tracking, audio correction/sound mixing using Adobe Premiere Pro and Audition.
- Generated 3d models, 2d illustrations from photos & real-world objects, delivers icons, photo retouching and manipulation for engaging content. Created visual elements, intros, titles, and other animations in Adobe After Effects and Vyond.
- Worked with other designers on a dynamic marketing team, as well as subject matter experts for content, and project reviews, collaborating on design ideas and coming up with new suggestion for improving throughout Valmont’s divisions for North American and global stakeholders. Utilized LMS and provided technical support to end-users.

- Managed all front-desk related activities including assisting a diverse group of customers with a variety of questions about rates, payments, accounts, and invoices, updating customer's accounts, running reports for clients and corporate office, vendors, preparing adjustments and refunds forms (requests) in person and over the phone. Performed manager’s duties for 8 month during his long- term disability.
- Created ads brochures in Adobe Photoshop, organized and completed other administration duties (typing, filing spreadsheets, copying, mail, etc.), entered vendor’s invoices.

Created and enhanced drawings, symbols, and cartoonish characters; designed character animation in Adobe Photoshop. Provided artwork for review at appropriate stages, and applied feedback accordingly with a quick turnaround. Worked on image retouching/manipulation, and color correction for online advertisement.

- Analyzed accounting documents, prepared and sent to court 27 cases in two and a half months. Actively took part in all company disputes (sometimes 2-5 per day) at all levels of the court system (commercial, land, tax, civil, and labor legislation).
- Edited and approved internal and international contracts, and counseled finance and accounting departments.
