• Delivering teaching material and tutorials as required and mentioned in the TVTC curriculum and all related activities.
• Managing LP and SOW accordingly and all related documentations and records as required.
• Maintain the Internal Verification and Assessment and Quality Assurance systems to meet Awarding Body requirements, ensuring that the quality of the programs is maintained.
• Developing interpersonal, motivational and influencing skills.
• Developing new practical skills and providing technical training with training material and physical setup as well as adding those skills in the curriculum.
• Demonstrate professionalism, credibility and authority in managing teaching, learning and assessment in a supportive and engaging manner.
• Demonstrable skills in the delivery of outstanding learning, teaching and assessment practice.
• Present technical information in a non-technical manner. Lesson observations, Teacher performance monitoring and feedback, one to one coaching and motivating.

• Preparing and delivering lectures, and conducting tutorials and practical training sessions (Graphics and Design with Auto CAD and CNC, Sheet Metal processing (Making a tool box by the following marking, cutting, bending, welding and drilling process), Automotive Engineering and Pneumatics with hands-on experience).
• Develop theoretically and practical learning situations appropriate to curriculum documentation.
• Training of students on how to use tools and machines especially welding machines and how to participate in the activity. Totally I have trained more than 1000 students here in King Fahd University with distinguished (A+) performance in my department.
• Develop and manage teaching and assessment schedule and compile all the reports.
• Preparing and marking essays, assignments and examinations. Assist with testing and placement of new students.
• Advising students on academic and related matters. Stimulating and guiding class discussions.
• Attending departmental and faculty meetings, conferences, and seminars.

Metal parts development and their quality check.
Attending meetings and vendors visit to assure the quality standards.
Presenting data on demand to higher management and to vendors to get the productivity according to the standards.
Assure parts localization and parts costing depends upon exchange rates.

• Development of part model and detail 2D and 3D drawings using pro-E Wildfire.
• Generating tool path for CNC machining e.g. electrodes for mold making (Plastic parts).
• Reverse techniques using Rapid Form Software and Faro arm.
• Designing of Checking Fixture and Cutting Jig.
• Coordinate with mold and die makers as Project Coordinator.
