*Fire Safety and Security Responsibilities remain the same

*Project Manager "Building Canteen" responsibilities:
- Follows the compliance and realization of the provisions of the execution contract regarding the duration, quality and receptions, as well as the physical stages agreed with the company
- Predicts, organizes the logistical, financial, human resources of the assigned projects
- Ensure that all products respect quality specifications and meet company requirements
- Maintains functional relationships with departments: technical, economic and execution (eg. company architect)
- Show the status of the project monthly to the company management (General Manager, Financiar Manager, Human Resources Manager, Land&Building Manager)
- Ensures that the interior design of the canteen is according to company standards
- Negotiate and track the relationship with catering companies
- Decision role in establishing suppliers
- Set up the menu with your catering company
- Ensure quality standards for cleaning and related services

*Fire Safety:
- responsible to prepare all the documents according with the law and to submit for authorization to the Fire Brigade all the documents that need to be approved and authorized
- responsible for identifying and assessing Fire Risk for all working places where the company develops its activity, and responsible for taking all measures on limiting the risk of fire
- responsible for training and verification of all the employees regarding the Fire safety and fulfilling the reports in case of not complying the measures for fire safety
- responsible to prepare and update the Evacuation and Intervention plans in case of emergency situation
- prepare training schedule and training topics, according with the legislation, and submit to approval to the Plant Manager
- responsible regarding using, checking, maintaining and repairing all the Fire Safety devices, with authorized personal according with the specifications and with the legislation
- prepare the annual report regarding the Evaluation of the Fire Risk level of the company and submit to the analyze and approval of the Plant Manager
- propose budget for the organization of fire protection, the endowment with technical means and specific protective equipment
*Security:
- prepare all the documents according with the legislation: Security Plans, Security Risk Evaluation of the company and getting all the necessary approvals from Authorities
- prepare all the specific security work instruction for the company and for all the points were the company has an activity
- responsible regarding using, checking, maintaining and repairing all the security devices, with authorized personal according with the specifications and with the legislation
- responsible for all security agents from external companies that work in the company
- verify and evaluate the external security company activity and make reports to the Plant Manager
- propose budget for security activity, the endowment with technical means, etc.

* Security Manager:
- prepare all the documents according with the legislation: Security Plans, Security Risk Evaluation of the company and getting all the necessary approvals from Authorities
- prepare all the specific security work instruction for the company and for all the points were the company has an activity
- responsible regarding using, checking, maintaining and repairing all the security devices, with authorized personal according with the specifications and with the legislation
- responsible for security agents and for all security agents from external companies that work in the company

Responsibilities for Renault projects (Clio, Modus, Twingo) engine harnesses:
- ensure that design meets the customer and internal requirements
- collaborate with manufacturing engineering to implement the customer modification letters
- define retention and covering components (convolute, tape, etc.) to be used on wire harness
- provide customer responses for cost studies and implement the modification letters on the harness drawings and BOM's
- initiate the modification letters according with the customer specifications and internal requirements
- generate cost savings ideas and participate at workshops
- trace technical issues and problems root cause
- support customer initiatives, such as cost reduction activities
- train and mentor less experienced engineers as required
- act as substitute for supervisor as required
- create and revise work instructions, processes and procedures
- determine best practices and design processes
- develop strategies to facilitate design and manufacturing engineering objectives (cost reduction, continuous improvement, etc.)
