Product placement and supply of products created by mass production for new sub-industry sectors.
The evaluation of offers from other companies, technical meetings with other companies regarding feasibility analysis of offers
The implementation of weekly project evaluation meetings with the overseas branches of various companies
Aiding the Product Quality Department with managing the process of quality control and quality audit with companies who have already undertaken product placement
Weekly evaluation meetings with overseas sub-industry factories. The reporting of possible problems arising from these meetings and the discussion of solutions to these issues
The co-ordination and control of new sub-industry product samples prior to approval for mass production
Working closely with new sub-industry companies who have successfully completed the product placement phase, in order to ensure the smooth transition into mass production during the ramp up stage.
Aiding the logistic departments of existing overseas sub-industry partners with the organization of the ramp down stage.
