Clouditalia is an Integrated Telecommunication and Cloud Services company owned by international funds. I took over all the responsibilities coming from my previous role in Eutelia and pursued a new challenging goal: to develop an e-commerce system to sell communication services.

In this role I set up e-commerce channels for telephone services for the consumer and SOHO market. My team developed services, web portals and app for:
• Clouditalia Orchestra©: (VoIP services, Virtual Fax, WEB SMS, etc)
• Clouditalia SIMfonia© & Etnicom© (international calls through smartphone).
My team managed all the phases of the service development: from design and technical development up to marketing and communication aspects in the on-line media.
At the same time I expanded Clouditalia wholesale market through several new international carriers contracts doubling the revenues of this business compared with previous period.

In this Business Unit I was responsible for revenues and cost related to the wholesale Carriers to Carriers market and pre-paid services for consumer market (mainly calling cards, electronic PINs and VoIP services). The B.U. was fully responsible for market positioning of its products defining its features and pricing and granting the development and marketing of its services. Furthermore the B.U. was in charge of the development, maintenance and management of Eutelia International Network (5 switches and 11 Point of Presence in Europe) and of the purchase of international traffic used by company voice services.

European leader in International telephone services, with almost 70,000 retail customers in UK and almost the same number all over the main European countries (Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, The Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland), where it commercializes its services through its branch companies with local offices in France, Switzerland and Spain.
C3 Europe was the result of the merge of 11 European branches acquired by Tele2. In this role I drove the re-organization of all the European branches of the newco as well as the rationalization of its commercial activities in the reference markets.
