• Monthly KPI reporting and review post month close activities and coordination of corrective measures
• Creating/monitoring Sales/pre-sales opportunities and end to end Sales cycle together with Sales and delivery team.
• Assist the management in the budgeting and rolling forecasting
• Preparation of the monthly management report (including explanation of target/actual deviations)
• Prepare various types of project analytical reports, contributing to improve KPIs for the monitoring of the Client unit portfolio
• Creatively optimize reporting using business intelligence tools to establish new metrics

• Preparation of Budget and rolling forecasts and monthly margin analysis
• Publish dashboards that include cost and margin overviews and
KPI views to help businesses improve their decision to maximize profitability
• Follow-up on action-lists for business-critical KPIs
• Monthly reporting and monthly financial review post month close activities, identifying discrepancies and improve them in the next cycle
• Analyze rolling forecasts in close collaboration with the management

• Contract and Project Management(PMO), Margin Analysis, Actuals Vs Forecast Analysis and Resource Reconciliation.
• Timely verification/processing of invoices and clarification of discrepancies in statements and invoices
• Prepare forecasts and analyze the trends in revenue and expenses and identifying business inefficiencies and potential areas of improvement, with recommendations for actions
• Ensure that all service requests with respect to invoices are processed within the SLA and that all overdue invoices are tracked
• Manage and track all past settlements effectively with the accounts payable team to ensure that there are no revenue leakages

• Manages credit application flow ensuring accurate and timely processing of applications
• Assurance of the completeness, accuracy and conformity of all credit documents
• Analysis of standard credit applications and verification of credit data consistency
• Assessing the creditworthiness or risk of a potential customer
• Training and mentoring of new recruits

• Provide insightful reporting into financial and other performance reports and initiates ad hoc analysis where required
• Business process improvement/ Process optimization
• Verification/settlements of bankruptcy claims
• Identify, understand and define customer needs, objectives and business requirements in order to propose solutions that can best meet their requirements
