Project: BSN Doha Expressway Project, Doha, Qatar
Client: Public Works Authority (ASHGHAL), Qatar

Project Summary:
Design and Build of Al Bustan Street North Expressway comprising of grade separated multi-level Junctions, Segmental bridges, Elevated U Turns, Underpasses and Flyovers & Road Woks.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitoring & administrating QA/QC plan or program and ensuring incorporated materials in construction project are in compliance with the plans and Specifications.
• Ensuring that the work is performed as required by the contract and meets or exceeds the required qualities as per QCS prior to any inspection being undertaken.
• Preparing nonconformance reports to the QA/QC Manager and assisting in developing corrective measures.
• Assisting the QA/QC Manager for preparation of method statements, QCP, ITPs and Technical Submittals.
• Assuring the acceptable quality of materials, processes and workmanship in the project work.
• Reviewing all inspection reports for compliance.
• Coordinating with Consultant’s QC Engineers for the resolution of Site problems.
• Coordinating with site construction engineers, subcontractors and providing assistance when requested.
• Maintaining standards of safety and comply with company’s HSE management system requirements.

Project: Batinah Expressway Project (Package-6)
Client: DGR & LT MOTC Sultanate of Oman

Project Summary:
Construction of 45km 2x4 lanes carriageway Expressway including 4 Wadi Bridges, 4 Interchanges (1 semi directional, 1 partial cloverleaf and 2 diamond interchanges) and 153 multi cell Box Culverts, 3 underpasses, 2 flyovers, 2 weigh stations and 2 rest areas.

Key Responsibilities:
• Inspection/Supervision of all activities at site.
• Supervision of all activities at Precast Yard including Girders (I-Beams), NJBs, Box Culverts, Kerb Chutes etc.
• Supervision of Post-Tensioning & Grouting of Precast I-Beams & CIP Fish Belly Girders.
• Ensuring quality of work in accordance with Drawings Specification.
• Attending Inspection Requests (IR's) submitted by the contractor and taking appropriate action in a timely manner.
• Checking/Correction of Bar bending schedules & Shop Drawings submitted by contractor.
• Providing technical input and experiences to resolve any discipline related issues on site.
• Reporting any works carried out by contractor found to not be in accordance with approved drawing and specifications and reporting to stakeholders for appropriate action.
• Attending meetings and competently communicate with Clients, Contractors and major asset owners and stakeholders.
• Maintain records for daily activities on site.

Project: Rawalpindi-Islamabad Metro Bus Project Package-1
Client: RDA (Govt. of Pakistan)

Project Summary:
Construction of 2.1 km flyover for Elevated Mass Rapid Transit system including 4 Stations, 935 piles, 117 pier columns and 683 Precast Box Girders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for inspection of all the activities related to structures including but not limited to Piling works, Rafts, Pre-Cast Box Girders, Post tensioning works, utilities, Drainage, Sewer, protection slabs, thrust blocks, manholes, light poles, Electrical and Mechanical works.
• Preparing Bar Bending Schedules & shop drawings.
• Coordination with relevant authorities for protection and relocation of existing utilities in full compliance with company’s HSE policy.
• Supervising Project: including in house, external contractors and sub-contractors.
• Supporting engineering and supervision teams to deliver works in accordance with project specifications, budgets and schedules
• Attending meetings and competently communicate with Clients, Contractors and major asset owners and stakeholders.
• Preparing enquiry and order documents.
• Pre-resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems at site that may arise at any time.
• Ensuring comprehensive records are established and maintained to assist decision making.
• Submitting daily progress reports.

Project: Construction of Signal Free Junction at Qainchi, Ghazi & Khaira
Client: LDA TEPA (Govt. of Pakistan)

Project Summary:
Construction of signal free junction including elevated U Turns, elevated rotary and CIP box girders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for execution of all activities at site including all piling and structural works.
• Preparing Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) and shop drawings.
• Ensuring the availability of all necessary documents, permit to work (PTW) and NOCs by relevant authorities.
• Ensuring that all assigned work is completed on time and within agreed budgets.
• Submitting site daily reports, inspection requests and estimate on regular basis or as required.
• Attending meetings and competently communicating with Clients, Sub-Contractors and major asset owners and stakeholders.
• Preparing and presenting Site progress report to Client’s officials during weekly site visit.
• Performing other related duties as may be required by the Project Manager.
