- Representing my Division in meetings with stakeholders (Counsellors to Executive Board, Staff Reps, counterparts in HR, etc.) on drafting and presenting a conceptual change in policy of setting starting salaries which is a part of overall change of Career management cycle at the ECB.
- Setting the starting salaries for new hires which also includes communication with hiring managers and selected candidates on the topic, providing both parties with the information on the whole package and so ensuring a smooth on-boarding.
- Representing the ECB in salaries benchmark with selected central banks, international Financial Institutions and private sector exercise.
- Currently I am one of the 'content owners' for ECB’s new intranet pilot and so I have reviewed and rewritten content of dedicated pages. The launch of the new Intranet was on 26th of July and I was proactively interacting with colleagues and showing new features of it.
- Being Risk Coordinator in HR and so be involved in reviewing policies of Operational risk, Business Continuity Plans, etc.; leading preparation for the business continuity test and exercising it.
- Implementing eSignature project from HR side. I am interacting with Data Protection Officer and counterparts in IT unit.
- Interacting and communicating with candidates, for both internal and external appeals/escalations, during the contract issuing process, as well as interacting with staff representatives on queries regarding compensation and benefits.
