During my thesis work I learned Molecular techniques like DNA extraction, gene cloning, PCR (Polymerase chain reaction) gel electrophoresis, RFLP(restriction fragment length polymorphism) colony screening, DNA isolation and sequencing, plasmid design and construction, ligation, Basic knowledge in Flowcytometry and experience handling in cell culture (HepG2 and Huh7).
