Supervising the fund accounting and operations staff of three employees and six funds totaling more
than PKR 4 billion. Funds are Open ended, These Funds invested in Domestic Equity, Fixed Income,
Islamic and Conventional securities.
· Ensure the accuracy of the month-end closing process, performance calculations and client reporting
by implementing control procedures.
· Analysis and posting of domestic corporate actions.
· Coordinating between fund accounting and portfolio management with in the group.

· Announcement of NAV [Net Asset Value] on daily basis.
· Comparison and Variance Analysis of Budget vs Actual.
· Supervising all regulatory, legal and corporate matters relating to incorporation and establishment of
“Mutual Funds Schemes” and Management Company.
· Active involvement in Risk Management and Investment Advisory functions.
· Monthly reporting of Asset & Liabilities to SECP (Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan) &
SBP [State Bank of Pakistan].

construction and logistics contracts with profitability.

(DCMA) and won all option years associated with the U.S. Government contracts.
• Managed a U.S. Air Force logistics operation (Mi-17 helicopter parts) from minuscule revenue to
$2.5M in monthly invoicing.
• Accounted the construction of a secure 80-acre life support complex in Kandahar, Afghanistan
(birthplace of the Taliban and majority thinking was, “it can’t be done”); Accommodates over 400
civilian contractors supporting USAID, Non-Government Organisations, and the ISAF (International
Security Assistance Force).
