Engineer - Mechanical Engineering

• Organizing the Tender documents, Specification, BOQ & Cost estimation sheets from the Tender & Estimation department.
• Preparing the Individual Projects document file.
• Preparation of quotations.
• Co- ordination with Client, subcontractors, and site execution team.
• Understanding client’s requirements and providing them best solutions.
• Preparation of Bill of Quantities, specifications, material submittals and drawing submittals.
• Preparing the Detail drawings in coordination with Design & Draught Section.
• Supervision, scheduling, target monitoring for projects.
• Updating the material and shop drawing schedule for consultant submittals.
• Invoicing, claim settlements, payment collections related to the projects.
• Preparing the monthly interim bills for individual projects.
• Checking and Signing the D. O., & Invoices for the suppliers.
• Checking the workers daily site attendance report and daily progress reports.
• Updating the material procurement schedule in order to obtain and control the material inventory.
• For mechanical equipment, site erection and laser alignment fully involved.
• Attending the site coordination and Technical meetings with Consultant, Contractor, and Suppliers.
Involving in Pre commissioning and commissioning of all Equipment’s & controls
• Regular monitoring of vendors and sub-contractors.
• Preparing Work orders and quotations.
• Maintaining absolute quality and safety

Deploying manpower as per job and assign jobs to them.
Monitoring the job progress as per prescribed schedule.
Continue follow up to achieve project schedule.
Working according to Drawing.
Giving feedback to Site In charge.
Maintaining job as per project quality & safety requirement.

Controlling manpower.
Maintianing progress reports.
Fabrication and erection on site and fabrication shop.
