• Quality Information Report submission to HMIL in order to improve product quality
• Taking advise from Hyundai technical co-ordinators while conducting complicated diagnosis
• For goodwill cost share warranty cases coordinate with HMIL Area Managers and concerned Vendor area representatives
• Making internal auditing on Standard operating procedures & warranty operation on end of every month to prepare before Hyundai auditing
• Sharing Technical service bulletin to Service advisors, Technician team during meeting
• Prepare Post Service complaint analysis on monthly basis and conduct meetings to focus Customer Satisfaction
• Monitor periodic maintenance of workshop equipment and availability of tools and special tool in order to ensure hassle free daily operations
• Workshop productivity analysis and request for training from HMIL for weak areas.
