Responsible for planning and developing control processes for studies aimed to consumers. Most of the time simultaneously in
different countries of the region with teams of all level of up to 80 persons: vice presidents, local teams and operations agents.

Leader of the collaborators in charge of the planning and implementation of new operational strategies for the initiative of
centralization of telephone studies. This is estimated to have an impact of 13% on the bottom line of the business unit.

Key member of the team responsible for the opening of the new operation in Bolivia.

Participated in the financial evaluation and execution of centralization of the quality process. It involved the opening of an office of
150 new collaborators.

Supervised and controlled costs execution of different projects across the Latin-American region. Achieving in one of them 15% of
net profit increase and a successful crisis management that involved the client and 3 local teams.

Developed an investment diagnosis and a Business Plan that helped the board’s decision making process of continuing with the
investment plan. I led the financial model design of the new business strategy that included guidelines such as opening 100 new
restaurants across the main cities in Colombia.

Successfully planned and coordinated the logistics of at least 10 annual working journeys with the objective of building up to 120
houses with the participation of up to 500 volunteers in only 72 hours.

Negotiated and consolidated relations with multiple stakeholders, including suppliers (Nicaragua and Chile), municipalities and
other state institutions, which always supported the organization in times of crisis or desperate need (2010 Haiti Earthquake).

Designed and developed two architectural projects for indigenous communities as incentive for social and economic development
within these communities. It also involved budget preparation and official presentation to the donors.
