Develop, maintain and upgrade web applications in C# and ASP.net for the in-house use in HR Department and other employees. Coordinate design, testing and implementation of applications with various department managers and end users, there by ensure on-time completion of project deliverables. Design and maintain the Oracle Database tables for the applications.

In GIC, was an integral part of the team, which developed and designed business applications for diverse clients. C#, VB and ASP.net were used to develop these applications. The application was tailored as per the exact requirement of the client. Windows and Web versions of the applications were developed and implemented. The clientele includes Banking, Health , Telecom, Service industry etc. Lot of hardware calibrations were also made to conduct detailed testing. Authored system and design documentation and database design and tuning of SQL Server as well. Reports were designed using Crystal Reports and SSRS. Third party controls like Telerik were used to change the look and feel of the applications.

Leading manpower suppliers in Netherlands tempo team hired me for their in-house web part development for SharePoint.

Developed and implemented various windows and web applications and sharepoint for different clients including Wipro and Gecis.
