- Providing support for exceptional individual cases

- Creation of 3D / 2D models with specific EDP programs (AutoCAD, SolidWorks)
- Revision / adaptation of existing drawings
- Support in the development and optimization of the products
- Preparation of tech.documentation, representation of assemblies, parts lists for plants, standard technical drawings
- Production knowledge and process optimization (bending,embossing, deep drawing machine)

- Construction and changes (construction,tolerance) in the 3-D models according to customer
documents
- Manufacturing and customer drawings of PCD tools for : cylinder head, gearbox, water pump
housings, motor block
- Creation of specific documentation (DXF, DWG, TIFF, HPGL, XML) depending on customer
requests (Daimler, BMW, Audi, Grob, Boeing )
- Guaranteeing the quality of the designed tool and taking responsibility
- SAP database utilization (information search, contacts , drawing uploads)
- Production process knowledge and understanding
- Provide support for the new team members
- Training participation at the company`s headquarters Albstadt, Germany.
- Permanent communication with the production site from Germany: projects, updates, modifications
