OPERATION STAFF
- Liaising with the vessel, agents, suppliers.
- Procurement and delivery of bunkers.
- Execution and follow-up of charter parties.
- Arranging payment of proforma Disbursement Account(DA).
- Recording all port expenses and checking final DA.
- keeping expense records in order to set reimbursement invoices.
- Process customer complaints and claims notices and to assist Insurance club in the settlement of claims
- Assist in the calculation of the voyage costs and earnings and in commercial management.
- Preparing freight and demurrage invoices.
- Follow up outstanding accounts receivables.

- To organize the export of the Geosynthetic clay liner to all around the world.
- To ensure the import of raw material required for production.
- Plan and organise the dispatch, shipment and storage of goods and other logistics services according to due consideration to relevant legal requirements and environmental protection aspects
- Control and monitor the effective cooperation of persons and institutions involved in the logistics chain.

- Accord due consideration to customs and foreign trade regulations
- Correspond and communicate with customer and

- Keeping voyage files upated.
- Sending voyage instruction to master.
- To contact with concerned parties (suppliers, agents, shipbrokers) according to voyages and vessels requirements.
- Appointing agents. Organizing their payment.
- To update voyage evaluating programme by entering incomes and outgoings

- Ensure that all injuries and work-related disease are reported and investigated
- Making international correspondence with Class foundings, Flag State Major oil companies and etc.
- To follow expire dates of the vessel’s safety equipment certificates and maintenance and to arrange new services
- To follow ships approval expire dates ( such as; Flag state, Major Oil Companies, CDI-Chemical Distribution Institute ) and making inspection requests before the expiry date.
- By taking into consideration new editions and vessels trade area to supply new charts and publications every month to vessels.
- To inform new regulations and rules that come into force to vessels.
- In the event of HSQE Manger's absence, to follow and organize all works and communication between department and fleet.

- To make ship and container reservation for exporter companies.
- To arrange transportation of goods and containers.
- Coordinating, controlling and document every step of loading to the customer.
- To inform our receiver agency about loading process.
- To prepare Bill of Lading.

• Watching and reporting patient behaviours

• To apply the medical treatment that has been ordered.

To assist hemodynamic and angiographic studies/treatments
To prepare the sterile materials and the sterile table that will be used
Preparing the patient to the angiography.

To inform village residents about maintaining health.
 To organize pregnant follow-up files and baby record files
 To provide first aid intervention until being referred to a full-fledged hospital
