Manager - Finance and Accounting

In charge of Administration, Finance and Controlling, reporting to Local CEO in Italy and Group CFO in Germany.
Introduction of a new accounting system and controlling tasks, treasury management, streamlining of accounting processes, support to management on marginality improvement, planning and budgeting.
Often travelling to Germany for finance meetings and strategic projects (ERP implementation, cash flow forecasting, transfer pricing policy, cost accounting).

The Group employed me to reorganise and rationalise the plant in Italy from Management, Finance, business development, IT and legal affairs point of view (processes, procedures).
Accounting, Finance and Controlling of 3 Companies, reporting to the Headquarter, Budget and Cash Flow Forecast.
Legal affairs: balances, legal documents and proceedings, legal disputes, fiscal matters.
Purchasing: negotiation and supply of raw materials and general purchases with a budget of about 110 million euros.
IT systems: maintenance of the various company systems and implementation of local and Group projects.

In the first two years activity carried out as a start-up in joint venture between two Industrial Groups.
Direct management and coordination of the activity of a staff of 12 people in Germany and Italy.

Personnel management: planning, hiring and integration in the various operative and control units.

Implementation of hardware and software projects installed in the newly built production Site.
