Legal affairs: balances, legal documents and proceedings, legal disputes, fiscal matters.
Purchasing: negotiation and supply of raw materials and general purchases with a budget of about 110 million euros.
IT systems: maintenance of the various company systems and implementation of local and Group projects.

Development and production of components for the automotive industry.
In the first two years activity carried out as a start-up in joint venture between two Industrial Groups.

Information systems: staff of one dedicated to the management of IT systems and production data.
Implementation of hardware and software projects installed in the newly built production Site.
