Engineer - Construction Technology / Facility Management

• Supporting the consultant for the electro-mechanical testing &commissioning activities to take over the asset and reporting snags by comparing the actual installation with the design specification.
• Monitors the performance of the electrical, instrument, automation and communication systems.
• Maintaining and monitoring all kind of MEP preventive and reactive work.
• Maintaining and monitoring MEP project as per contract value.
• Coordinate with contractors and technical team for all projects.
• Prepare preventive maintenance schedule for all asset.
• Inspection of electrical system (general electrical engineering, security and building, fire and alarm systems, lighting systems), heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems.
• Troubleshooting and preparing failure investigation report identifying the root cause of failure and remedial action. Preparing all kind of MEP incident reports.
• Support for installation, commissioning and maintenance team for building automation system (BAS / BMS).
• Control and monitor the building’s mechanical and electrical equipment such as ventilation, lighting, power systems, fire systems, and security systems.
• Evaluating Supplier and contractor performance and submitting supplier performance evaluation record to the Management for future action.
• Submitted all site performance monthly reports to facility manager.

Recording daily/monthly activities for Bms (Building automation system), Fire alarm& Public address system, Water feature fountains, Media screens, faced lighting & other lighting systems, LPG leak detection system, water supply system, HVAC system, Smoke ventilation system.
• Assists in planning and scheduling maintenance and prepares detailed records and reports in a timely manner.
• Troubleshoot complex electrical, mechanical, and control systems and equipment.

• Main Responsibilities include Managing and Planning Projects simultaneously within given deadlines.
• Generally responsible for implementations and monitoring of all electrical related works at site.
• Handled various instrumentation work such as installation of cable tray, support, transmitters, controls valves, switches, sensors, junction box, panel, cable pulling, fire and gas system as per drawings.
• Installing, calibration, testing equipment which is used to monitor and control engineering systems, machinery and processes.
• Supervising Installation and Commissioning of Cathodic Protection System.
• Responsible to prepare Material Take-off for field discovered items/ change in design.
• Installation various types of power plant electrical, electronic, and/or instrumentation and controls systems and equipment.
• Knowledge of computer networking and of Programmable Logic Controllers,Distributive Controls Systems, and Variable Frequency Drives.
• Thorough knowledge of occupational hazards, safety rules, regulations and precautions.

• Managing operations and Testing, maintaining and modifying existing systems.
• Program or adjust equipment to achieve required results.
• Monitor and control the plant through automation system.
• Programming automation and controls systems involving Plc,Dcs AND scada.
• Performs and coordinates electrical, controls, and mechanical repairs to plant machinery, equipment and facilities.
• Working understanding of schematic wiring diagrams, PLC I/O, connection diagrams, and field drawings for design work.
• Knowledge of programming, installation and operation of Variable Frequency Drives (VFD).

• Design, program, simulate and test automated machinery and processes.
• Maintain efficient records on operations and activities; coordinate and prepare a variety of reports.
• Troubleshoot automation problems & Monitor machine performance.
• Testing, maintaining and modifying existing systems.

• Responsible for developing, installing, managing or maintaining equipment which is used to monitor and control engineering systems, machinery and processes.
• Work involved calibration, installation, testing, and commissioning of all types of electronic and Pneumatic instruments such as pressure, temperature, Flow& Level instruments etc.
• Install, operate and maintain electrical control and systems.
• To ensure plant electrical equipment is maintained as per procedures documented in the Maintenance Management System (SAP).
• Inspects, troubleshoots, repairs, calibrates and maintains electronic, pneumatic and hydraulic power plant sub-systems.
• Reporting to the maintenance general foreman & operations and maintenance manager, also responsible for supervising various trades-people in multiple disciplines..
• Preparation of test equipment’s and tools.
