▪ Performed routine maintenance for IAR 330 Puma Helicopters
▪ Led a small team of technicians at the workplace
▪ Specialized in vibration analysis for engines, shafts and fan bearing assembly, main and tail rotor balancing for IAR 330 Puma Helicopters
▪ Kept track of routine checks in functioning hours and time, application of service bulletins
▪ Constantly cooperated with other team leaders
▪ Contributed significantly in reducing the stationary time of the fleet by appointing specific and detailed tasks to each technician and maintaining a big lot of functional spare parts
▪ Conceived technical reports and data analysis regarding helicopter components. Most of the time, the data helped identify the root of malfunctions and/or reduced component performance: mechanical fatigue, ageing of components, inappropriate maintenance, manufacturing issues. Pinpointing the exact cause of the malfunction has proven to be cost efficient for the Airbase.
▪ Conceived annual performance reports for the workplace personnel

I am currently working at an AirBase in Romania as a maintenance engineer for IAR 330 Puma Helicopters. My position is that
of a team leader. I supervise the work of 7 technicians.

As a team leader my main responsibility is to organize the maintenance process for the Puma Helicopters within the fleet. I had to distribute tasks to technicians and later on verify if the operations were executed in accordance with the technical worksheet. These experiences helped develop my organizational skills. Being in the military I also learned to react better in high stress situations.

I acquired my communication and social skills during Faculty and at the workplace. Being in the military I learned to adapt in any situation and find the best possible outcome to any given situation. Also, my job required frequently interacting with pilots, engineers, technicians and additional personnel in order to solve several issues regarding helicopter maintenance.

My job related skills include:
▪ Conceiving precise technical reports regarding component behaviour/ failure during flight
▪ Measure vibration levels for engine, shafts, fan bearing assembly and balance the main and tail rotors
▪ Planing maintenance operations
▪ Organizing maintenance so that the stationary time for the helicopter is reduced
▪ Execute and verify maintenance operations in accordance with the maintenance manuals and service bulletins

During faculty I learned to work in several computer programs such as: Catia V5: Part design, Assembly design and kinematics, SolidWorks, Ansys, Matlab, Microsoft Office, Matcad.
