-Preliminary design of Anaerobic Digestion Plants: feeding calculation; animal manures & agricultural residues diet calculation; methane yield optimization.
-Preliminary design of Mechanical & Biological Waste Treatment Plants: different scenarios depending on the different quality of the input waste and on the final goal e.g. recycling, biostabilization, biogas, biomethane, compost.
-Support/assist the design of Wastewater Treatment Plants: mechanical pre-treatments, biological degradation (e.g. activated sludge, Sbr etc.), membrane filtration, disinfection, sludge treatment etc..
