BMO Mobile Banking – BMO Introduced New Mobile Banking platform to improve customer
experience with new look and feel, new features and functionality. Worklight solution,
mobile platform that permits in-house development, leveraging existing Online Banking
functionalities and infrastructure. Transaction based testing for the functionality in scope
available in English and French for the following including exception handling and navigation -
Sign In, Account Summary, Account Details, Bill Payment, Transfers, e-Transfers, Secure
Forms, Contact Us, Help Tips, Branch Locator, and Mobile Appointment Booking.
• Accountable for preparation of Test plan/strategy for Mobile 2.0 project (Mobile
Banking, Online Banking and Mobile Appointment Booking), Schedule preparation.
Test planning – estimation, timeline, resourcing, scheduling, distribution of work.
• Develop and enforce Defect management process, conduct defect triage meetings on
daily basis to keep a track of defects till closure of testing activities.
• Co-coordinating onsite and offshore work. Plan, Develop and Execute the Project Test
Approach for all project phases.
• Preparation of Daily Status report to indicate Test Progress and Test Completion Report
(at closure). Preparation of different kind of trends, metrics and defect reports.

Mobile, Selenium)

Responsible for creating and managing the QA System Test Organization in support of 12
internal software test Specialists. Responsibilities included building the infrastructure (QA),
test methodologies, generating test plans, automation, Resource planning ,training test
specialist and accountable for leading testing efforts (estimation, planning, execution, test
design and closure)

• Prepared the Project/Work Order/SOW/Test plans for various projects including
retail/credit cards and host based applications of the PC bank.
• Lead the testing for the CRM Loyalty Mobile for PC Plus Loyalty program leading to
customers being able to use their mobile devices for managing their weekly offers,
shopping lists and recipe searches.
• Participated on the team to upgrade the Teamcenter Enterprise, PLM Traceability,
Basic Food traceability, Formulation and Migration, seafood, sodium reduction and
allergen and team centre reporting and analytics ensuring they met the market
