• Annual repair, maintenance & refurbishment of Canteens, Kitchens and associated areas, supervise teams such as Electrical, Plumbing, Civil etc. Liaison with Station Services on maintenance requirements of canteens & kitchens with particularly emphasis on PMs in system. Ensure timely completion of PM’s (Preventive Maintenance in system) of building and equipment.

• As an Executive Assistant to Managing Director and Group Executive, effectively maintain the document control system (DCD) for Station Manager’s and Execs correspondence.
