I typical deal with:
- Quoting products (attachments for earth moving machines) in Italian, English and French.
- Managing Price Lists, receiving purchase orders and processing them
- After sales assistance : enquiries for spare parts and warranty assistance
- Scheduling production and lead time : together with the Engineering Department I prepare and send orders to the suppliers, I plan the supply of raw materials and parts, and following the production (assembly, welding) of our final products.
- New suppliers scouting, for raw materials and parts, such as hydraulic cylinders, steel cutting, consuming for the warehouse, from welding department to tooling. I follow the negotiation of new supply and contracts.
- I deal with the supplier order from the very beginning (technical details) to the monitoring of transit time.
- Having no software available for our stock, I created and implemented an XL file to follow items and its availability or creating a new stock.
- Logistic planning of each items, searching for competitive transport company and planning each delivery to the customer.

- supply planning and quoting products, delivery note to prepare

- customer care service, quoting advertising spaces - consultancy with graphic department, about our marketing layout advertising

event planner, in the organization of a series of lyric exhibitions in 2005 for San Marino Republic, and I typical dealt with the artists booking of hotels, restaurant, and so on.
