The job involves dealing with the company’s customers from the U.S.A., Balkans, Europe, Africa and Middle East.
Getting the orders from the customers,
Giving them to the production department
Working closely with the planning and the production department for the delivery dates.
When the delivery date is clear, informing the customer and letting them organize the transportation company if it’s Ex-works or organising if the loading is FOB, CIF, C&F etc..
At the same time; receiving the payments if it’s payment in advance or waiting the L/C to be received in the bank.
Contacting with the transportation company and the warehouse for the last check simultaneously.
Preparing the commercial invoice, packing list both Turkish and English and contacting with the customs broker.
Making the loading from the warehouse.
Checking the payments,
Organising and participating the exhibitions.
Reporting directly to the general manager.

The job involves dealing with the Sales Representatives’ customers of Balkans, Europe and Middle East with the biggest customer of the department from Kazakhstan.
Receiving the orders from the customers,
Giving them to the production department by Vera ERP and receiving delivery dates

Preparing the monthly budget of the department.

Handing the orders that are ready to be loaded to the loading department.
Making customer visits abroad.
Participating to the exhibitions abroad.
