Create, maintain and update Order Entry (capture) & Validation, 3D Printing Business Processes in accordance with international Business Process Management Methodology, the company's compliance policies and operational needs. Activities include:
- being the main contact for escalations regarding the two process areas;
- initiating and coordinating improvement initiatives to ensure high quality and accurate processes are available;
- participate as SME in projects/programs initiated by other departments/organizations which have an impact on the owned processes;
- processes alignment and standardization in accordance with the company’s priorities and strategy;

- analyzing processes’ performance in accordance with agreed standards;
- preparing and holding monthly management review meetings;
- leading recurrent meetings (with sub-regional representatives) with the purposes of increasing processes’ and performance awareness, as well as multi-country processes alignment.
