I have extensive work experience in quality assurance and R&D in food sector.
I worked for vinegar, meat and canning companies and have improved the quality standard.
In 2015, I managed the development of a new product e.g. Cream with Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP without artificial coloring, no added sugar, no added thickener and which was selected as product of the year for 2016 in Italy.
