• Analyse and prepare a proposal to meet the needs of unattended clients
• Visit the potential clients to present the product offer and provide them with samples for them to try the products
• Follow up to the samples given to convince potential clients to use the product.
• Negotiate the purchasing deal
• Monthly visits to existing key clients
• Broaden the companies' product portfolio the key clients currently buy
• Provide key clients with solutions for any possible problem they could be experiencing with the products
• Forecast the units of products needed to meet the demand of existing clients as well as the demand of possible ones

• Collection management
• Registry and tracking of distributor’s purchase orders
• Monthly budget management for assets installations on end clients.
• Responsible for installation technician's work schedule. (Installation of product's dispensers for end clients)
• Management of inputs and outputs of promotional products.
• Follow-up to Companies’ direct key accounts in terms of sales and service
• Department’s inner expenses review
• Direct customer service representative for companies’ key accounts, distributors and end clients
