Responsible for day-to-day management and administrative tasks.
2D/3D design of signage and steel products;
CAD drawing and CAM files preparation for CNC processing;
Design drawings for RFQ and prepare shop drawings for product fabrication;
Design and fabrication of electronics circuit boards using CNC isolation method / UV exposure and chemical etching method.

Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company, and managing a team of 25 administrative staff and engineers;
Assist sales and marketing team in closing large projects by providing technical and commercial advice;
Deciding on projects BOQs; communicating with projects team:
Planning and managing projects, scheduling, QA/QC, handover, etc;
Communicating with suppliers and managing the Supply Chain;
Play a significant role in Business Development by creating new products and developing new team skills.

Advise the IT department on new projects and implementations; oversee the general performance of the department personnel; create IT investment framework; head special projects; advise on complex issues and solutions.

Manage a team of 3 IT personnel; oversee day-to-day operations in IT department; create department's policies and procedures to ensure efficiency, quality of service, and abide by budget; in charge of implementing infrastructure projects; manage relationship with relevant suppliers.
