• Preparation of process manuals for the administrative unit (government, private, condominiums, etc.), definition of management indicators by processes. Initial measurements and setting of goals, implemented monthly merit system to those who excel in their results and new proposals.

• Structure and implement an Excel spreadsheet to make the monthly closures with only contracts that were susceptible to economic adjustments, in order to save time and increase effectiveness. It was possible to reduce to zero the cases that were omitted for failures of omission. It also made it possible to identify contract maturities in a timely manner and request them from legal management, reducing faults by 5%.

• The results of the completed and continuing projects were structured and presented, comparing the initial figures with which management approved the works versus their actual results, documenting deviations and opportunities for improvement. From this work came new strategies for contracting drills and use sequences that allowed cost reductions of the order of 10%.
• Lead the inventory process of fixed assets, establishing new procedures for incorporation and disincorporation of fixed assets, the book value was sincere in 15%.
• Information was collected and presented for approval to general management prospects for the next fiscal year, properly documented, well drilling, seismic studies, major and minor maintenance work, etc. We approved the whole of the presented (100%).

• To structure and implement a group of analysts for the Bank's new Corporate Management at the () in Caracas.
