• Provide technical clarification about the machines to the client.
• Take training classes for MSME (Medium, Small, and Micro Entrepreneurs) members.
• Conducting training classes for the new entrepreneurs.
• Conducting exhibitions and seminars.
• Distribute the production order to the concerns production units.
• Conducting internship & projects for the students.
• General correspondence with clients.
• Checking and approving the prepared quotations of finished projects to the clients.
• Coordinate with production team and clients to give the correct status of pending orders to be manufactured at the time of
delivery.
• To have full and up to date report on pending/ready orders to the concern departments.
• Follow up with production for timely execution of orders and informing deadliness of finished products to clients.
• Preparing monthly reports (sales & production) and submitting the same to the CMD and Audit department.
• Daily factory visit and updating client’s requirement, Coordination with factory people to meet the buyer’s requirement.
• Conducting trials in finished machines in presence of clients.
• Report to CMD the progress of all orders in hand and get status from the production department and Quality Assurance,
thus planning and on-time shipment and achieving it.
• Coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment, and information.
• Liaising with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
• Ensuring that clients’ needs are met as the project evolves.
